Chris Olson, Pastry Chef and Owner of Capital Cake Co. is the creative force behind it all. He has been cooking professionally since 2012, and has a love for all food. This is reflected in the incorporation of subtle yet impactful savory flavours in what he creates. He has been baking since he was a child and pastry is his passion, this combined with the desire to provide premium baked goods spawned the creation of Capital Cake Company.
All products are made from scratch with top quality ingredients, sourced locally or homegrown when possible, and with the highest standards in mind.
